Job title

Management and PR staff

  • Project Management Coordinator (Full-time)

  • Project Management Assistant, Public Relations

(Contract employee or part-time worker)

Business Content

  1. Increase followers and attract attendees to events through public relations activities using social media (X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, etc.).

  2. Planning and progress management of events and projects.

  3. General office work and data management tasks.

  4. Design work as required (experience with Photoshop, Canva, etc. is welcome).

Eligibility

  • Required skills: Basic PC operation skills (email, Excel, etc.), basic knowledge of SNS management

  • Desired skills and personality: Experience in design and video editing, people who want to utilize their own characteristics, people who value flexibility and teamwork

Working conditions

  • Full-time employee: 5 days a week (2 days off per week), 9:00-18:00 (1 hour lunch break)

  • Contract employee/part-time worker: 3 days or more per week, 4 hours or more per day (shift negotiable)

  • Remote work is negotiable (depending on the job)

Salary

  • Full-time employee: Monthly salary of 230,000 to 280,000 yen (depending on experience and ability)

  • Contract employee/part-time worker: 1,150 yen to 1,500 yen per hour (depending on experience and ability)

Senior Programmer

System Development Engineer (Full-time employee, also works as an AI engineer)

Business Content

  • Platform design and development for AI school and OLaboration

  • Building and optimizing machine learning and AI models

  • System architecture design and quality control

Eligibility

  • Required skills: Experience developing AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch (2+ years)

  • Experience in web application development (React.js, Node.js, etc.) (3+ years)

  • Experience using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Salary : Monthly salary of 300,000 to 400,000 yen (300,000 yen during training, salary increase after training according to ability)

Intermediate Programmer

  • Software Development Assistant (contract employee/part-time)

Business Content

  • Support work for development projects (bug fixing, implementation of small features)

  • Assistance with database management and API integration

  • UI design assistance and technical documentation

Eligibility

  • Required skills: Experience with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript (1+ years)

  • Basic knowledge of web applications

Salary : 1,500 to 2,000 yen per hour (negotiable depending on experience and ability)
